Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 354354.723. Rulemaking authorized. — The director may, after notice and hearing, promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as are necessary or proper to carry out the provisions of sections 354.700 to 354.723.
