Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 354354.445. Complaints by enrollees, organization to establish system. — Every health maintenance organization shall establish and maintain a complaint system which provides reasonable procedures for the resolution of written complaints initiated by enrollees.
