Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 354354.275. Violations by enrollment representatives, penalties. — Any person willfully violating any of the provisions of sections 354.225 to 354.270 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor and on conviction thereof, if the offender holds a license under these sections, the court imposing sentence shall order the director of the department of insurance, financial institutions and professional registration to revoke the license.
