Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 354354.155. Disclaimer as to nonhealth services corporations. — Nothing contained in sections 354.010 to 354.380 shall affect the right to organize a corporation under chapter 352 or chapter 355 or the powers or rights of corporations organized pursuant thereto which are not health services corporations.
