Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 354354.145. Appeal from director's actions or decisions, how taken. — Every final administrative action or decision of the director under sections 354.010 to 354.380 shall be subject to judicial review under and in accordance with the administrative procedure and review law of this state, chapter 536.
