Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 351351.720. Punishment when convicted of misdemeanor. — Any person convicted of a misdemeanor for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
