Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 351351.705. No exemption from antitrust law. — That nothing in this law contained shall be held to exempt any corporation from any of the fines and penalties prescribed by chapter 416 relating to pools, trusts, conspiracies and discriminations.
