Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 351351.660. Power and authority of secretary of state. — In addition to the power and authority heretofore expressly given the secretary of state by this chapter the secretary of state also shall have such further power and authority as is reasonably necessary to enable him to administer this chapter efficiently and to perform the duties therein imposed upon him.
