Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 351351.492. Appeal from denial of reinstatement. — 1. If the secretary of state denies a corporation's application for reinstatement following administrative dissolution, he shall serve the corporation as provided in section 351.380 with a written notice that explains the reason or reasons for denial.
2. The corporation may appeal a denial of reinstatement as provided for in section 351.670.
