Chapter 351351.1225. Amendments and repeal of act, state reserves right of. — The state reserves the right to amend or repeal the provisions of sections 351.1000 to 351.1228 by law. A cooperative organized or governed by sections 351.1000 to 351.1228 is subject to this reserved right.
