Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 351351.1063. Majority vote required, when. — The board shall take action by the affirmative vote of the majority of directors present at a duly held meeting at which a quorum is present, unless otherwise provided in sections 351.1000 to 351.1228, the articles, or bylaws.
