Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 351351.1024. Date of existence — perpetual duration, exception. — 1. The existence of a cooperative shall commence when the articles are filed with the secretary of state, unless a later date is specified in the articles.
2. A cooperative shall have a perpetual duration unless the cooperative otherwise provides for a limited period of duration in the articles.
