Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 351351.075. Certificate of incorporation is evidence of corporate existence. — The corporate existence of a corporation shall date from the time of filing its articles of incorporation by the secretary of state. The certificate given by the secretary of state shall be taken by all courts of this state as evidence of the corporate existence of such corporation.
