Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 351351.017. Independent legal significance doctrine applicable to sections in this chapter. — Action taken in accordance with the different sections of this chapter are acts of independent legal significance even though the end result may be the same under different sections. The mere fact that the result of actions taken under one section may be the same as actions which could have been taken under another section does not require that the legality of the result must be tested by the requirements of the second section.
