Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 348348.165. Official person executing bonds and notes, no personal liability. — Neither the commissioners, the executive director of the authority, nor any other person executing the notes or bonds of the authority shall be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance thereof.
