Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 348348.040. Removal of commissioners from office, procedure. — A commissioner shall be removed from office by the governor for misfeasance, malfeasance, or willful neglect of duty or other cause after notice and public hearing, unless such notice or hearing shall be expressly waived in writing.
