Title XVIII LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Chapter 287287.855. Disability benefits. — Any administrative law judge or legal advisor who, while so employed, becomes disabled so that he or she is totally incapable of performing any duties of his or her office shall be entitled to disability benefits as provided by the Missouri state employees' retirement system.
