Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 281281.115. Director's rules, ratification of. — All rules and regulations promulgated by the director of agriculture under the terms of sections 281.010 to 281.115 shall stand ratified unless rescinded by the general assembly within first sixty days of each annual session.
