Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 281281.085. Pesticide containers, regulation of, handling of. — No person shall discard, transport, or store any pesticide or pesticide containers in such a manner as to cause injury to humans, vegetation, crops, livestock, wildlife, beneficial insects or to pollute any waterway. The director may promulgate rules and regulations governing the discarding and storing of such pesticide or pesticide containers. In determining these rules and regulations the director shall take into consideration any regulations issued by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.
