Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 276276.040. Unlawful to discriminate. — It is hereby declared unlawful for any person, firm or corporation maintaining any such public market to discriminate, in any manner whatever, against any person, firm or corporation buying, selling or exchanging cattle, hogs or sheep at such public market.
