Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 275275.080. Capital stock may be increased, how. — The capital stock of every such association may be increased by the filing of an amendment to its articles of agreement, setting forth the amount of such increase and the payment of the incorporation tax and fees thereon, as required by section 275.050.
