Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 274274.130. Officers and employees to give bonds. — Every officer, employee and agent handling funds or negotiable instruments or property of or for any association created hereunder shall be required to execute and deliver adequate bonds for the faithful performance of his duties and obligations.
