Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 271271.360. Penalty for failure to perform duty. — Any printer, clerk, associate circuit judge or other officer, failing to perform the duties enjoined on him by this chapter, shall forfeit to the county not less than five nor more than fifty dollars, and shall otherwise be liable to the party injured in double damages.
