Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 271271.270. Taker-up may use stray, how. — Any person may use or work a stray legally taken up by him, if he do so with care and moderation, but shall not remove the same from the county more than five days at a time, under penalty of twenty dollars, to be collected and paid into the county school fund.
