Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 268268.021. Adoption of brands authorized. — Any person having cattle, sheep, horses, mules, or asses shall have the right to adopt a brand for the use of which he shall have the exclusive right in this state, after recording the brand as provided in sections 268.011 to 268.171.
