Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 267267.723. Rules and regulations. — The department is empowered to make and promulgate all reasonable rules and regulations necessary for the eradication of scabies in sheep, goats and cattle and to effectively carry out the provisions of sections 267.670 to 267.730, pursuant to the provisions of section 267.122 and chapter 536.
