Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 266266.460. Violation a misdemeanor, what constitutes offense. — Any person violating the provisions of sections 266.410 to 266.460 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day the provisions of sections 266.410 to 266.460 are violated shall be a separate offense.
