Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 262262.580. Establishment of first county council. — If a council is established in any county not having a county agricultural extension council created under the provisions of section 262.561, RSMo 1959, the university shall do all acts and things required to be performed by the council incidental and necessary to the establishment of the first council within the county.
