Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 262262.001. Agritourism defined. — As used in the statutory laws of this state, "agritourism" means the act of visiting a working farm or any agricultural operation for the purpose of enjoyment, education, training, or active involvement in the activities of the agricultural operation.
