Title XVI CONSERVATION, RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT
Chapter 252252.120. Limitation of prosecution. — Prosecutions for violations of this law and for violations of any such laws, rules and regulations shall be commenced within one year from the date of any such violation, either by indictment, complaint or information.
