Title XVI CONSERVATION, RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT
Chapter 252252.070. Enforcement of law. — It shall be the duty of all sheriffs, marshals, constables and their deputies and of all other peace officers and of all prosecuting attorneys and their assistants, within their respective counties, and the city of St. Louis, to aid diligently in enforcing the provisions of the law and all such rules and regulations.
