Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
Chapter 249249.773. Election of supervisors — terms — vacancies, how filled. — On each municipal election day, the voters of the district shall elect one supervisor who shall hold his office for five years or until his successor is elected and qualified. Should a vacancy occur, the supervisors shall select a person to fill the vacancy who shall serve until the next regular election.
