Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
Chapter 248248.080. Powers of board. — Said board of trustees shall have power to pass all necessary rules and regulations for the proper management and conduct of the business of said board of trustees, and of said corporation, and for the carrying into effect the objects for which such sanitary district is formed.
