Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
Chapter 246246.180. Prescribed duties enforced by mandamus. — The performance of all duties prescribed in any existing, or future law of this state governing the organization and administration of drainage or levee districts may be enforced by mandamus at the instance of any person or corporation interested in any way in any such district.
