Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
Chapter 245245.545. Circuit judge to give penal sections in charge to grand jury. — It shall be the duty of the judge of the circuit court in any county where levees have been constructed under the provisions of sections 245.285 to 245.545, to give the penal sections of this chapter in special charge to the grand jury of said county.
