Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
Chapter 242242.670. Limited appeal from assessments. — No appeal from any action of the circuit court had under sections 242.010 to 242.690 shall be permitted to act as supersedeas or to delay any action or the prosecution of any work begun under the provisions of this law.
