Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
Chapter 241241.240. Net proceeds of sales to county school fund. — The net proceeds of the sales of all such lands, after defraying the expenses of draining, reclaiming, surveying and selling the same, as provided in sections 241.010 to 241.280, shall be paid into the county treasury and become a part of the county school fund of the county.
