Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
Chapter 241241.060. Expenses, how paid. — All expenses incurred by the secretary of state in performing the duties under the law relating to the disposition of overflowed and swamp lands shall be paid from the state treasury upon warrants upon the general revenues of the state.
