Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION
Chapter 305305.555. Authority property exempt from tax. — All property, real, personal or mixed, owned by the authority, which is located in the state of Missouri, is exempt from taxation under the laws of the state of Missouri.
