Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION
Chapter 302302.228. Fees, how deposited. — On and after July 1, 1961, all fees payable under this law shall be collected by the department of revenue and deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the state highway department fund.
