Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION
Chapter 302302.011. Lawfully present defined. — For the purposes of sections 302.130, 302.171, 302.177, 302.181, 302.720, and 302.735, United States citizens shall be considered "lawfully present" regardless of their physical location at any given time.
