Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 210210.848. Action to declare mother and child relationship. — Any interested party may bring an action to determine the existence or nonexistence of a mother and child relationship. Insofar as possible, the provisions of sections 210.817 to 210.852 applicable to the father and child relationship apply to the mother and child relationship.
