Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 210210.275. Child care provided on elementary and secondary school property must comply with child-care licensure provisions. — Any program licensed by the department of health and senior services pursuant to this chapter providing child care to school-age children that is located and operated on elementary or secondary school property shall comply with the child-care licensure provisions in this chapter; except that, for safety, health and fire purposes, all buildings and premises for any such programs shall be deemed to be in compliance with the child-care licensure provisions in this chapter.
