Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 210210.004. Law enforcement agencies, record of custody of child. — All law enforcement agencies shall maintain a confidential record of the date and time a child less than seventeen years of age is taken into custody for any reason and the date and time such child is released from custody.
