Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 208208.630. Council on special transportation, coordination of existing transportation reports — compilation, contents, delivery. — The coordinating council on special transportation created in section 208.275 shall, in cooperation with the department of social services, coordinate existing transportation reports for Missouri's elderly and persons with disabilities. Such reports shall be compiled as one comprehensive plan to meet the special transportation needs of the elderly and persons with disabilities. The plan shall contain a strategy for implementation and recommendations for funding. The plan shall be delivered to the governor, the president pro tem of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives by September 1, 1995.
