Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 208208.475. Effective date of allowance. — The allowance imposed by sections 208.453 to 208.480 shall be effective upon promulgation of rules and regulations issued by the department of social services, but not later than October 1, 1992.
