Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 208208.469. Tax exempt or nonprofit status granted by state not to be affected. — Nothing in sections 208.450* to 208.480 shall be deemed to affect or in any way limit the tax exempt or nonprofit status of any hospital granted by state law.
