Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 208208.342. Earned income tax credit program, AFDC recipients. — The director of the department of social services shall, in conjunction with the state treasurer's office, coordinate an earned income tax credit program for qualifying AFDC recipients.
