Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 208208.155. Records concerning applicants and recipients of medical assistance confidential. — All information concerning applicants and recipients of medical assistance shall be confidential, and any disclosure of such information shall be restricted to purposes directly connected with the administration of the medical assistance program.

(2000) Confidentiality provision does not preclude introduction of Department of Social Services records in probate proceeding to recover Medicaid expenditures from decedent's estate. Estate of West v. Moffatt, 32 S.W.3d 648 (Mo.App.W.D.).
