Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 208208.125. Records may be destroyed, when. — The director of the family support division is authorized to destroy all applications and records compiled by the family support division in connection with the investigation and payment of public assistance or blind pensions after five years have elapsed since the closing of a case or the rejection of an application.
